  1. What are the delivery times?
    Orders ship within 24–48 business hours. Transit time is 5–9 business days after dispatch.

  2. What are the shipping fees?
    Shipping is 100% free, with no minimum purchase.

  3. How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking to update.

  4. Do you accept returns and issue refunds?
    Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be new, unused/unopened, with original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.

  5. How do I start a return or exchange?
    Go to the “Contact” section (left-hand menu) and send us your order number plus the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we made a mistake or the product is defective). Exchanges are possible depending on availability.

  6. My item arrived damaged/defective—what should I do?
    Open the Contact section (left menu) and send photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

  7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can cancel or modify it (address, item, quantity). Please submit your request via the Contact section as soon as possible with the subject “Cancellation/Modification + order number.”

  8. Are there any additional customs fees or taxes? What payment methods do you accept?
    No, there are no additional customs fees or taxes charged to the customer. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure.
